Happy Sunday, as I sit outside today reading and reflecting I can’t help but think about how nice it is to relax with nature.

I started my day with a morning workout that I put together. I turned up the music and got in a great ab and upper body workout. Instead of focusing on what my body can’t do I am cebrating all I can do. Where are you on your journey? It is never too late or not the right time to dive in. Always be sure to get a health care practcioners guidance and start your journey. Start by using light weight, bands or even body weight.

Due to a shoulder injury, I have been very limited as to what I have been able to do. I took almost a year off, during this time I did very limited activity. I started back with 2lb weights and longer lever exercises to help get my motion back. I am progressing and thankful for the slow but steady progress. Wherever you are in your journey, celebrate🌺

Hello and welcome to my fitness journey! I am so happy that you are joining me and I look forward to sharing health and fitness information with you on this journey. A little about me. I always look at the positive and hope my journies and struggles can help others. Keep a positive mind and good things will follow. I have always struggled with my body image. During my teenage years, I struggled with anorexia. I went on to college and excelled however did not have a path. I had a lot of up and down relationships, one that was physically and mentally abusive. I left him and saw a new light. In my early thirties, I joined the military and am no longer serving. I am still struggling with a shoulder injury and body image but know that when we live with a positive mindset good things will come. I am currently going for my MBA and have recently finished my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I am so happy you are joining me on this wonderful journey, smile, stay positive, and let the growth begin, and positive vibes shine.
