Happy Sunday, as I sit outside today reading and reflecting I can’t help but think about how nice it is to relax with nature.

I started my day with a morning workout that I put together. I turned up the music and got in a great ab and upper body workout. Instead of focusing on what my body can’t do I am cebrating all I can do. Where are you on your journey? It is never too late or not the right time to dive in. Always be sure to get a health care practcioners guidance and start your journey. Start by using light weight, bands or even body weight.

Due to a shoulder injury, I have been very limited as to what I have been able to do. I took almost a year off, during this time I did very limited activity. I started back with 2lb weights and longer lever exercises to help get my motion back. I am progressing and thankful for the slow but steady progress. Wherever you are in your journey, celebrate🌺
